The V.I.B.E.S Gang Prevention Program is designed to provide students options to joining a gang, by understanding gang dynamics.
​Gang dynamics begin understanding the definition of a gang, the purpose, and how to avoid being reeled in.

1. Improve Self- Esteem- Provide opportunities where students engage in eradicating negative beliefs
2. Set Goals and Monitor Improvement - Assist in establishing vision boards
3. Interpersonal Skills Practice – May include lessons in social etiquette. Also, include field trips to demonstrate appropriate social interactions (ie. Restaurants, sporting events, entertainment, educational forums) 
4. Expose to New Ideas and Plan for the Future- Discuss college and career goals.  Take tours of various schools and corporations.
