Tahj's inspiration story
Tahj: "CKC Inc, On May 27th 2017 I graduated high school. For four years I had lots of people tell me you'd make it I even had a few tell me I couldn't. While I appreciate that those people take the time and loving effort to say that , most of them were teachers or family who didn't have to say it but probably just knew thats its the right thing to say. Then there's Mrs. Powell who takes motivation to a new level. Checking in on her group every week, making sure we're doing what we're supposed to do. CKC Inc group made me think hard when I started in it, if she cares so much about me graduating i should too. Mrs. Powell told us about her inspired story and how she understood that everyone has some difficulties in school , she doesn't talk down to us like a principal or counselor she talked to us in a way that we relate to her and what she says doesn't go in one ear and out the other. CKC has showed me that there are still people who are genuinely good people in the world and that there are people who really want to see you prosper. Thank you CKC Inc.!"
